Return and Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges of unworn merchandise when made within 15 days of the original date of purchase.

Returns that are accompanied by the original sales receipt will be exchanged or refunded for the original purchase price and in the original method of payment.

If you do not have a receipt then you will be issued a store credit and the value of that credit will be based on the lowest current selling price for the returned item.

We are not able to provide an exchange or refund for merchandise that has been worn. Please make sure that your shoes fit correctly prior to wearing them outside or on rough surfaces. We strongly suggest walking in a carpeted area when checking for comfort and fit.

We reserve the right to request valid identification prior to accepting merchandise for a return or exchange.
